The current passing through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the potential difference across it, provided physical conditions i.e. temperature, pressure remain constant.

Whenever a conductor is placed in a varying magnetic field, an EMF is induced across it. If the conductor circuit is closed, a current, known as induced current, is produced. 

The magnitude of the EMF induced in a circuit is directly proportional to the time rate of change of magnetic flux linked with that circuit.
